Important Notes

1. 投稿者請將摘要/全文投稿稿件，以WORD檔案儲存，檔名為「2025ICTSOC +投稿作者英文姓名」，並以EMAIL附檔方式寄至cclin108@nkust.edu.tw，林之丞助理教授收。
   1. Submission Format: Authors should save their abstracts or full papers as a Word document. The file name should follow this format: "2025ICTSOC + Author's English Name." Submissions must be sent via email to Assistant Professor Chih-Cheng Lin at cclin108@nkust.edu.tw.
    
2. 投稿之論文摘要，需包含題目、作者(含單位與職稱)、關鍵詞3-5個、摘要字數為300字為限。
   2. Abstract Requirements: The abstract must include the title, author(s) (including affiliations and titles), and 3–5 keywords. The length of the abstract should not exceed 300 words.
    
3. 口頭發表之論文摘要須接受雙盲審查，接受稿件將由電子郵件聯繫。
   3. All abstracts submitted for oral presentations will undergo a double-blind review process. Authors of accepted abstracts will be notified via email.
    
4. 投稿全文之論文，需包含題目、作者(含單位與職稱)、關鍵詞3-5個、摘要字數為300字為限，全文字數為5000-6000字，不含摘要、圖表、致謝、參考文獻。
   4.The full paper must include the title, author(s) (including affiliations and titles), and 3–5 keywords. The abstract should be no longer than 300 words, while the full paper should have a length of 5,000–6,000 words, excluding the abstract, figures, acknowledgments, and references.
    
5. 投稿全文之論文須接受雙盲審查，接受稿件將由電子郵件聯繫。
   5. All submitted full papers will undergo a double-blind review process. Authors of accepted papers will be notified via email.
    
6. 所有稿件需未曾在任何研討會或期刊發表。
   6. All submitted works must be original and must not have been previously presented at any conference or published in any journal.
    
7. 所有被接受的口頭發表論文將收錄製作研討會摘要論文集。
   7. All accepted oral presentation abstracts will be included in the conference abstract proceedings.
    
8. 每篇論文為了安排發表和收錄論文集，必須由至少一位作者註冊，並有一位發表者。
   8. At least one author must register for the conference to ensure the paper is scheduled for presentation and included in the proceedings. A designated presenter must also be available to deliver the presentation during the conference.
    
9. 所有發表論文(含口頭與全文)，皆需使用英文發表與撰寫。
   9. All submissions (abstracts and full papers) and presentations must be written and delivered in English.
